What clients want to know beforehand.
My website wasn't built by Webwavers. Is that still okay?
Yes. During the setup month, we review your technology and structure. We take over Webflow sites directly; for other systems, we will be honest about whether ongoing support makes sense or if a relaunch would be more beneficial.
How long is a package term?
The contract term and notice period are outlined in your proposal. We will discuss them during our initial consultation to ensure they fit your package.
What counts as a small change?
Text, images, new sections, and adjustments to existing pages. We plan larger projects, such as new page types or a redesign, separately.
When will I see the first results?
Technical improvements take effect immediately, but visibility takes time. How quickly rankings and AI mentions improve depends on your starting point and the competition. That’s why we measure from day one and show you the progress month by month.
What is the difference between SEO and GEO?
SEO ensures that Google finds and ranks your pages. GEO ensures that AI assistants like ChatGPT, Perplexity, or Google AI Overviews mention your company in their answers. Both are built on the same foundation: clean technical performance and content that truly answers questions.
Can I change my package?
Yes. You can upgrade at any time, and downgrade starting the next billing month. Everything that has been built remains in place.
Who owns the content and access credentials?
You do. The website, content, accounts, and data remain your property. If you leave, you take everything with you.
How much of my time will this take?
Very little. After the setup, you’ll only need a few minutes a month for approvals and questions. We handle the rest.
