Günzburg, April 11, 2025. The agency Webwavers from Günzburg and Munich has received the German Customer Award 2025. Each year the award recognises no more than 500 companies in Germany for their customer satisfaction.

Companies are assessed on 7 main criteria with 131 sub-criteria in total, including communication, accessibility, transparency, customer feedback and customer loyalty. Each criterion is scored from 1 to 10, and a company needs at least 6.90 points to win. Webwavers scored 8 out of 10 points. At the time of the assessment, the average across all participants was 5.20 points.

The German Customer Award is organised by Herzog & Adelmann GmbH, based in Grünwald.
