Web design for aviation, aerospace and mobility
For charter providers, aerospace companies and mobility brands whose clients have the highest standards and want to notice that on the website already.

What matters in aviation
What your target audience really expects.
Anyone chartering a private jet or investing in space technology checks carefully. Private charter and VIP clients expect discretion, fast availability and a presence that matches their standards at first glance. In aerospace, there's also technical depth that still has to stay understandable.
Premium at first glance
VIP clients know the best hotels, yachts and lounges. If your website looks generic, it doesn't fit the experience you sell. Calm, white space and premium imagery are a must here.
What makes a website look premium
Discretion instead of volume
People who fly privately don't want to stand out. Instead of superlatives, what counts is a calm tone and clear statements about safety, operator and process. The website should be as discreet as your service.
Availability in one step
Charter inquiries often come at short notice and from a smartphone, sometimes through assistants. Route, date and passengers in a short form, plus phone and messenger, and the inquiry is sent in seconds.
Images that show the experience
Cabin, arrival, calm on board. Your own premium footage or 3D visuals have more impact than stock photos used by many providers at the same time.
Clear paths through the offering
Brokerage, charter, consulting: for OnlyJets, the point was exactly this, presenting several services clearly while still feeling exclusive. Every target group quickly sees what's relevant to them.
Making complex technology tangible
For HyImpulse, we built rocket and propulsion systems in 3D so that structure and functionality become easy to follow. Motion explains where text reaches its limits.
Multilingual and on every device
Clients, partners and investors come from all over the world. We plan multilingual support from the start so content, navigation and SEO work cleanly in every language.
Brand and website from one mold
For Lenti Aviation, we first created a calm, exclusive brand identity. It's the foundation for web design and the Webflow build, so every touchpoint conveys the same feeling.
Where aviation brands lose altitude online.

Premium standards without a premium presence
Your clients expect exclusivity and perfection. A generic website doesn't fit the experience you sell.
Highly complex technology
Whether propulsion, aircraft or services: decision-makers need to understand quickly what sets you apart without fighting through jargon.
An international audience
Clients, partners and investors come from all over the world. The presence has to convince in every language and on every device.
A presence as precise as your industry.
We design brands and websites that radiate calm, exclusivity and technical expertise. With premium imagery, motion and clear paths to an inquiry, for clients who leave nothing to chance.

Services in detail
What we build for aviation.
For charter providers, brokers, aerospace companies and mobility brands: building blocks that show exclusivity and make inquiries easy.
A homepage with calm and stance
Generous imagery, reduced layouts and a clear message. The homepage conveys in seconds who you fly or build for and leads straight to an inquiry.
Service and fleet pages
Charter, brokerage, consulting or management each get their own page. We set up fleet, cabins or products as a CMS collection that your team keeps up to date itself.
Inquiry and contact paths
Short inquiry forms with the details you really need, plus phone, messenger and clear contacts. Just as fast on mobile as on desktop.
Imagery and film
We plan imagery that fits your brand and create it with photo, film or 3D. What matters is that every image shows the experience, not just an aircraft.
3D and motion for technology
Propulsion, systems or processes become understandable in 3D and motion without losing their depth. Calm, smooth movements make the brand feel more premium and stay fast.
Multilingual website
Languages, separate URLs and SEO settings per language are part of the structure from the start. You maintain content in all languages yourself in the Webflow CMS.
Trust pages
Safety standards, certifications, partners and clear company information. For clients who leave nothing to chance, this information belongs on the site where it's easy to find, not in the fine print.
News, press and careers
Especially for aerospace companies: milestones, press material and open positions in one place. That way investors, journalists and skilled professionals find what they're looking for.

FAQ
Do you have experience with aviation and aerospace?
Yes. We've delivered brand, website or motion for Lenti Aviation, OnlyJets and HyImpulse. You'll find the projects further up and in our case studies.
Do you build multilingual websites too?
Yes. We plan multilingual support from the start so content, navigation and SEO work cleanly in every language.
How important are animations for a premium presence?
Very important when used deliberately. Calm, smooth movements make a brand feel more premium and draw attention to what matters. We use motion so that it supports the content and the site stays fast.
How long does a project with Webwavers take?
That depends on the scope. After the initial consultation, you get a timeline with fixed milestones before the project starts. That way you always know what happens next.
What happens if I don't like the design?
If you're not fully convinced after the moodboards and the first design sections, you get your deposit back in full. This guarantee has never been claimed so far.

Guide: aviation
Web design for aviation: a presence at your clients' level.
The essentials at a glance, in 7 chapters. Jump straight to the topic that's on your mind right now.
Who visits your website in aviation
Aviation isn't one uniform industry. A charter broker speaks to different people than a manufacturer of space propulsion systems. Still, their target groups have something in common: they're demanding, they have little time and they don't forgive carelessness.
In private charter and VIP travel, your website is mainly visited by high-net-worth private clients, companies and their assistants. In aerospace and mobility, it's decision-makers in industry and government agencies, investors, partners and skilled professionals. Both groups check on the website whether your presence matches what you promise.
The most important question
Before we talk about colors or animations, we clarify: who should do what after their visit? Submit a charter inquiry, book an appointment, apply or download press material. The structure of the site grows out of that answer.
What private charter and VIP clients expect
People who fly privately are mainly buying time, calm and reliability. The website is often the first place where a client senses whether you meet that standard. Three things matter most:
- Discretion: No loud promises, no overloaded pages. A calm tone and clear language come across as more confident than any superlative.
- Availability: Charter inquiries are often at short notice. Clients want to know quickly how to reach you, ideally in one step.
- Trust: Safety, operator, certifications and clear contacts. Anyone handing over a lot of responsibility wants to know who they're dealing with.
For Lenti Aviation, we translated exactly this stance into a brand identity: deliberately reduced, premium and calm, without being pushy.
Premium feel: where it comes from
Whether a website feels premium is rarely decided by individual effects. It's the sum of many small decisions. Generous white space lets content breathe. Precise typography creates calm. A few strong images replace many mediocre ones.
Imagery in particular is decisive in aviation. Many providers use stock photos of aircraft in the sky, and that's exactly why they don't stand out. Your own footage of cabin, service and people, or premium 3D visuals, show the experience you really sell. We explain why that makes such a difference in our post on imagery.
We also know from mobility how much real video can do. For Porsche, we spent two days at the presentation of the new Panamera and Macan in Austria, and for Audi, we joined the first test drives with the new RS 3 on ice. Authentic footage and genuine voices tell more about a brand than any glossy graphic. We bring the same attitude to websites.
Motion in moderation
Calm, smooth movements make a brand feel more premium and draw attention to what matters. Hectic effects do the opposite. We use animations so that they support content and the page still loads fast. More on this in our post What makes a website look expensive.
Inquiries without friction
The most beautiful presence achieves little if the inquiry is complicated. That's especially true in aviation, because many inquiries come on the go and from a smartphone.
- In the first step, only ask for what you really need, for example route, date and passengers.
- Offer several channels: form, phone and messenger, depending on how your clients prefer to get in touch.
- Show who will respond and how quickly. That builds trust before the first conversation happens.
- Test the flow yourself on your phone, with your thumb, not just in a desktop browser.
Why fewer fields often bring more inquiries, you can read in our post on the inquiry form.
Making complex technology understandable
For aerospace companies, the challenge lies elsewhere. Propulsion systems, rockets or aircraft systems are highly complex, and decision-makers still need to understand quickly what sets you apart. Jargon alone isn't enough for that.
For HyImpulse, we built the SL1, SR75 and HyMove rocket and propulsion systems in detail in 3D. Precise modeling and controlled movements make structure and functionality easy to follow without losing depth. Visuals like these work equally well on the website, in presentations and at trade shows.
Structure helps as much as images
Technical content needs a clear hierarchy: first the benefit, then the principle, then the details for experts. That way the page stays readable for investors and still rewarding for engineers. We show how we use motion deliberately on our page about Motion Design.
International, multilingual, fast
Aviation is international. Clients, partners and investors come from all over the world, and they expect the website to work just as well in their language as in the original. That's why we plan multilingual support from the start: separate URLs per language, a clean language switcher and SEO settings for every version.
Technically, we build most projects in Webflow. Afterwards, you maintain content, languages, fleet or news yourself in the CMS without touching code. For OnlyJets, we built the website entirely in Webflow, fast, responsive and with a flexible basis for later extensions.
Speed is part of the premium feel
A premium website mustn't be sluggish. Anyone searching for a flight on their smartphone between two meetings won't wait for large videos or heavy scripts. We optimize images and videos, host fonts locally and only load animations when they're needed. Before launch, we check every page on desktop, tablet and smartphone. That way the site feels as calm and fast on the go as your service.
How we work
Every project follows a clear process so you always know where we stand.
- Define the standard: In the initial consultation and with our onboarding questionnaire, we clarify who you want to reach and what feeling your brand should convey.
- Moodboards and first sections: You see the direction early. If you're not convinced after that, you get your deposit back.
- Design of all pages: Imagery, typography and animations in Figma, for desktop and mobile.
- Build in Webflow: With CMS, multilingual support and clearly guided inquiry paths.
- Launch and training: We go live together and show you how to maintain everything yourself.
You have a dedicated contact person and your own Slack channel. You'll find all the details on our page about the process.
How much time do I have to invest myself?
We keep your effort as low as possible. You're involved at the decisive points: briefing, approvals and final feedback. We take care of the rest.
Are there ongoing costs after launch?
Yes, for hosting and platform licenses, for example the Webflow site plan. If you want to hand off maintenance, updates and further development, there are our growth packages for maintenance, SEO, GEO and conversion.
