At Webwavers, you work up to 60% of the week remotely. The rest of the time you are in the office in Günzburg or in Munich's Werksviertel. Every client has a dedicated project manager and their own Slack channel, so you work close to the project and to the people who make the decisions. Webwavers is a premium agency for branding, web design and web development, founded in 2021 by Edip Kilinc.

Remote and office

There is no requirement to be on site Monday to Friday. You can work up to 60% of your working time remotely. You spend the rest of the time in the office.

StandortWoWas du wissen solltest
GünzburgBayernEiner unserer beiden Standorte. Mehr unter Web Design Günzburg
MünchenWerksviertelUnser zweiter Standort. Mehr unter Web Design Munich

Our job pages list Günzburg, Munich or remote as the place of work. If you want to know whether a role is possible in Günzburg or Munich, it says so on the respective job page, or you can ask in the interview. That also applies to web developers and Webflow developers.

We don't write down exactly how many people sit in which office. Numbers that keep changing don't help you. In the interview, you get to know the people you would work with.

How we work with clients

This is also described on our project process page:

  • Every client gets a dedicated project manager. They coordinate design and development.
  • Every client gets their own Slack channel for fast feedback and direct contact with the team.
  • Projects run in clear steps: initial call, briefing, strategy call, three moodboards, the first sections of the homepage in Figma, then homepage and subpages with feedback rounds, implementation and launch with a personal walkthrough.

What does that mean for you?

As a project manager, you steer milestones, feedback rounds and approvals and act as the link between client, design and development. You have a lot of client contact, especially in the kickoff, in meetings and in the Slack channel. As a designer, you design in Figma, from desktop to mobile, and build design systems that translate cleanly into Webflow. You turn feedback from client meetings into clear iterations. More on the Web Designer page.

As a Webflow developer, you turn Figma designs into responsive Webflow builds, plan CMS structures and build interactions. The details are on the Webflow Developer page.

Short paths

One advantage our job ads emphasize is direct contact with the founder and short decision paths. Decisions don't get passed through five levels of hierarchy. If you have a question, you ask. If you have an idea, you say it. How fast decisions actually get made in day-to-day project work depends on the project and the client, of course, because clients have to approve things too.

Quality and awards

We like working on projects you can show off. On the Awards page you can see what we have received:

JahrAuszeichnungProjekt
2026German Design Award, Excellent Communications Design WebSeconds (BMI Lab AG)
2026German Brand Award, Excellence in Brand Strategy and Creation, WinnerDualis53
2025German Web Award, Webdesign & Development, Top 250 Agency of the Yearmehrere Auszeichnungen

On top of that, Webwavers is one of seven Webflow Premium Partners in Germany. For you, that means Webflow is not a side tool here. It is our focus.

Awards are not an end in themselves. But they show that design and implementation are thought through together here.

The Webwavers group

Webwavers is part of a group of brands and partner agencies, for example for performance marketing, Shopify, social media, and AI and automation. When a project needs know-how from these areas, you work with the specialists. There are also team events with the whole group, such as a shared meal. More at Webwavers Group.

What you won't get from us

We don't have a culture that can be boiled down to a slogan on the wall. You get:

  • Projects with high design standards
  • Clear processes instead of chaos
  • Honest conversations about salary, expectations and development

What you won't find are promises we can't keep. If something important is missing for you, talk to us before you apply.

What happens next

The benefits, meaning MacBook, 30 vacation days and continuing education, are on the Salary and Benefits page. How the application works is described under Applying at Webwavers.
